Yes. KPR provides free online troubleshooting and home technician assistance under applicable package terms and service coverage. Sa outside technicians, service charges may range from ₱900–₱2,500 depending on location.
Report the concern to KPR as soon as possible. We normally assess first through photos, videos, or a video call, then coordinate the proper next action or technician visit when needed.
We coordinate delivery, but the delivery fee is quoted separately and normally shouldered by the client. The amount depends on the deployment address and available delivery service.
Current deployment areas are Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan. Outside these areas, the Buy Package may still be available subject to assessment.
Yes. Choose the Buy Package if you want to own the machine from day one. It currently includes the unit, 1,000 cups, 3 kg powder, and 6 months technical support, with delivery quoted separately.
It lets you rent first while creating a path to ownership. Qualified clients may receive a 10% buyout discount after 6 months or 15% after 12 months, subject to final package terms.
Yes. KPR provides basic orientation and guidance on machine operation, refilling, cleaning, and common troubleshooting so mas confident kang magsimula.
